New evidence of solar variation in temperature proxies from Northern Fennoscandia

A new summer temperature proxy was built for northern Fennoscandia in AD 1000–2004 using parameters of tree growth from a large region, extending from the Swedish Scandes to the Kola Peninsula. It was found that century-scale (55–140 year) cyclicity is present in this series during the entire time interval. This periodicity is highly significant and has a bi-modal structure, i.e. it consists of two oscillation modes, 55–100 year and 100–140 year variations. A comparison of the century-long variation in the northern Fennoscandian temperature proxy with the corresponding variations in Wolf numbers and concentration of cosmogenic ¹⁰Be in glacial ice shows that a probable cause of this periodicity is the modulation of regional climate by the secular solar cycle of Gleissberg. This is in line with the results obtained previously for a more limited part of the region (Finnish Lapland: 68–70° N, 20–30° E). Thus the reality of a link between long-term changes in solar activity and climate in Fennoscandia has been confirmed. Possible mechanisms of solar influence on the lower troposphere are discussed.

空间站空间因特网与空间通信链路设计

为改善在空间站长期值守的航天员的业务生活,提出建立空间站网吧,为航天员提供因特网服务的构想。为此分析研究空间站空间因特网服务系统及其关键技术,提出空间站空间因特网服务系统构建方案。结合这一系统构建方案,一是研究解决了支持复杂异构网络运行的空间因特网网络协议设计技术,空间站空间因特网直接采用TCP/IP协议,并通过系统设计,较好地克服了TCP/IP协议不能适应空间通信链路的难题,支持采用基于TCP/IP协议的商用货架(COTS)软、硬件产品,可明显降低空间站空间因特网服务系统建设与维护成本;二是研究解决了涉及空间站测控通信网运行安全和空间信息安全的空间通信链路设计技术,空间站在同一条空间通信链路同时传输空间因特网数据和空间站测控通信数据,空间通信链路采用CCSDS的AOS协议,并通过建立虚拟的物理信道,解决了空间因特网数据和空间站测控通信数据的安全隔离问题,能满足空间站测控通信网运行安全和空间信息安全的要求。     

基于CCSDS空间数据链路安全协议的星载遥控认证保护

在国际空间数据系统咨询委员会(CCSDS)规定的空间遥控系统数据传输体制下,对星载遥控认证保护进行了研究。选择了遥控数据认证保护层次,并设计了认证保护数据范围。针对上行遥控的认证保护机制与国际空间数据系统咨询委员会的空间遥控链路命令操作过程(COP-1)之间存在的"闭锁"风险,设计了重传请求保护机制。基于空间数据链路安全(SDLS)协议体制,提出了一种遥控认证帧结构模型。在该模型中,通过插入随机序列码段,使相同指令/数据帧经认证算法计算后,其结果的非线性度扩大;通过插入毫秒级精度的时间序列码段,抵御重放攻击,并极好地适应不同地面控制中心对航天器的并行控制。提出一种针对遥控认证保护的,涉及"常态"和"应急态"的安全关联(SA)周期管理的方法、密钥生存周期管理的方法,有效实现各虚拟信道的独立保护及密钥的科学管理。同时,提出一种开展星载遥控认证保护业务的算法设计方法。     

空间核电源系统整流装置设计

为满足我国未来深空探测、星表基地等空间任务电源系统的需求,针对空间核电源系统,为解决高压高频输入导致高谐波输出的问题,本文提出了利用12脉波整流器来实现交直流变换。在本文的拓扑结构中,重点研究三相三绕组隔离型变压器、三抽头平衡电抗器及LLC谐振变换器的参数设计。通过三相三绕组隔离型变压器产生30°相位差的两组电压,进而产生12脉波,三抽头平衡电抗器可以改善输出侧的电能质量。本文利用LLC谐振电路实现隔离降压,使输出更稳定,并采用Matlab中的Simulink对提出的拓扑进行仿真验证。验证成功后,对整流装置硬件进行搭建,实现了空间核电源系统整流装置的设计。结果表明:该拓扑不仅可以达到稳定的直流输出,而且具有高功率因数校正的特点。     

用户星天线空间扫描策略

 天线空间扫描过程是建立中继卫星系统星间链路的关键阶段之一。首先分析比较了水平行扫、螺旋扫描和分行螺旋扫描策略,并根据分析结果,结合轨迹预处理算法,设计了一种变速分行螺旋扫描策略。然后采用蒙特卡罗仿真分析了用户星天线开环回扫指向精度,近似确定了天线空间扫描的范围。最后通过仿真比较等速分行螺旋扫描和变速分行螺旋扫描策略,并仿真了用户星天线捕获中继卫星的过程,通过仿真结果证明所设计的变速分行螺旋扫描具有一定的工程应用价值。     

Vibration Reduction of Open-chain Flexible Manipulators by Optimizing Independent Motions of Branch Links

In order to suppress vibration in flexible manipulators, a new type of manipulator mechanism with controllable local degrees of freedom is proposed. This mechanism consists of a main chain and some branch links. The main chain is of a flexible open-chain configuration with an end-effector installed at its tip, and the rigid branch links are able to perform active movements. It is proved by kinematics and dynamic analysis that, the branch links bear no direct kinematic relation to the main chain, but their independent motions can strongly affect the dynamic behavior and performance of the flexible manipulator. Then comes a new idea of suppressing vibration, in which independent motions of the branch links are used to suppress the undesired vibration of the flexible main chain through dynamic coupling. On this basis, an optimal method for reducing vibration of flexible manipulators is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of this method is verified by numerical simulations.     

中远程空空导弹弹载数据链战技指标研究

分析了中远程复合制导空空导弹中制导过程中弹载数据链的工作原理,并建立了中制导过程中的导弹运动模型、目标机动模型、导弹中制导导引律模型以及中末交接班模型。采用了不同的更新频率对中制导过程进行了仿真,从而得出弹载数据链允许的最低更新频率。
